Return and Exchange Policy

As we guarantee a thorough and extensive quality check on every fabric by rolling out the fabric to check for color accuracy, quantity of yardage and any damages, before releasing them. In any case, if we find a defect or flaw in the fabric, we will notify you and accommodate to your needs with possible solutions.  In any case, if it was damaged during transit,  we recommend you contact us immediately and we will work with the carrier or 3rd party logistics company to rectify the problem. To avoid complications and delay, we also strongly advice that you order a swatch or see the fabric in person before you place a fabric order. 

We do our best to accurately depict the color of the fabric, our photos are taken and color matched  to ensure it is as close as possible to the fabric in real life. However, variations in color display and settings may vary on with each device, therefore  we can't guarantee that what you’re seeing  on your end is absolutely accurate. Color may also vary depending on the setting in which the fabric is viewed as a result of different light sources,  daylight, fluorescent or warm lighting. This is why we highly encourage you to view a swatch or the fabric in person before purchasing your fabric

You may return fabrics to us only if the fabric is faulty or damaged and must be notified  within 7 business days of receiving the order. We may not be liable for anything beyond 7 business days, as we have to work efficiently on identifying the problem with our team, suppliers, mills and logistics. Claims will not be accepted under any circumstances, if the fabric has been  cut, dyed, or altered in any way other than its original form. We reserve the right to deny any returns for fabrics that have been cut or altered. 

Exchanges are not accepted, as wholesale orders are not processed without a form of approved purchase order or  payment from you. 

Please note that swatches sent may vary slightly in texture, weight or shade to actual stock fabric, due to the natural factors of handling, sun exposure fading and discoloration etc. Returns and refunds are not accepted for color variants that are within 90% of the swatch or sample length, due to the inevitable course of different dye lot or batch. Bright, deep and saturated colors are subject to  bleeding and should not be mixed with white or light colors in the same garment. We can not guarantee any color transference during wash or treatment as fabrics should be tested for specific requirements prior to cutting.  As no claims are  accepted on cut, processed or altered fabrics. Therefore, we are not liable for any of the claims within the factors stated above.
